Good morning, I already made the request in this section, but it doesn't work with this Acer BIOS because it asks me to insert a USB drive and then displays a file that is supposedly for unlocking. I've done this three times, but it asks for the USB drive and doesn't display any code, so I sent the BIOS to be unlocked, but I haven't received a response.

what do you mean by insert USB drive ?
i don't think this is related to unlock bios password!
unlock password for Acer is very simple.
even no need to open device or program bios.
it just needs master password.

i think your issue is not bios password.
its something else.
bios password screen shouldn't be like that.
