Remove all battery and CMOS battery

press F1 to enter setup: password 1234
wait 20sec or more.
Enter any ID to hardware Id.
Press 2x space bar when asked.
Turn off the computer.
and restore your original bios .

Enjoy.

If 2x 5beep, it's normal.
I didn't do checksum but it must light up anyway.
Wait minimum 30sec before screen logo light on. Must turn on/off several times by itself :

my frined i just patched your file and sent the instructions for unlocking.
its just common way to unlock a lenovo file.
i really don't know what is happening for your device.
but i know i did the correct thing for unlock the device.

After pressing F1, the system asks for the password and, upon entering 1234, informs that the password is incorrect. Could you please check the patch file again?

this devices 4th Gen is not supported on unlock service yet
maybe thats the reason for the issue
i just patched the file with universal way and maybe its not OK with it
