I'm locked out of the BIOS and need to reset it / unlock it please.

You have a guide somewhere on how to download the BIOS to a file and send to you? Laptop has HP's Wolf Security (not sure if that makes any difference) and It is UEFI that boots Windows 10, where I don't have admin. I've been unable to get it to boot on any bootable USB I've tried. It offers option to boot from UEFI file but haven't gotten that to work either.
