The Lenovo 100e Chromebook Gen 3 is a managed Chromebook, and if it gives the Enterprise Enrollment / Forced Enrollment message, it is usually because the enterprise enrollment information is stored in the device's security sections. Device manufacturer: Lenovo.
Technically, these locks are designed to prevent unauthorized use of enterprise devices, and wiping or bypassing them without the permission of the owner or enrolling organization can be against security policies and laws.
