I have a Thinkpad p53, with supervisor password.

Where can i find the location of bios eeprom, to get image dump for bios password reset?
Can i get schetatic or location on the mb?

Remove those stickers. check the both sides of motherboard carefully.

i found some resources .. i suppose i need to dump the bios eeprom content and request unlock here?

Any ideea with what tools i can read : SMSC MEC1633L (or equivalents) eeprom

The bios file dump for P51 9th generation, can you help me with a bios supervisor unlock ?
I save to unlock password region ?

Remove all battery and CMOS battery

press F1 to enter setup: password 1234
wait 20sec or more.
Enter any ID to hardware Id.
Press 2x space bar when asked.
Turn off the computer.
and restore your original bios .

Enjoy.

If 2x 5beep, it's normal.
I didn't do checksum but it must light up anyway.
Wait minimum 30sec before screen logo light on. Must turn on/off several times by itself.

You just told me on the unlock bios post with bin that can be done only with jtag
