File Request Please cleanme and password if possible

i have old dell E6440

val 90 LA-9931P rev 1.0 (A00)

i have damaged small ic (4MB is not readable)
ive put new one but i have now password and cant get to settings...

so i attached reded memory (8M) from laptop and package from internet (8M and 4m)
please remove ME and pass if it is possible to program all 2 memory
