File Request HP 450 G3 not working

Hi there!
I have a problem with my HP ProBook 450 G3, it’s not starting.
Caps Lick and Num Lock keys are flashing five times, the fan has a much higher speed as normal.
I have already flashed the bios, with no result!
Can someone help me?
