File Request dell optiplex 7010

I need a clean ME FILE for dell optiplex 7010 its board number is LA0531 SPL-1 AND SPL-3

this file doesn't have ME Region

THE problem happen in this Dell 7010 is no display with fan spinning with high speed , after I reprogram the bios it changes to amber led with 2 and 1 blinking .It is the same problem that had happened on Dell 3040 and 5040 .I think it needs clear ME region . please shall I send the original file from other the same borad and same problem ?
