Thanks for the reply but the schematic is not correct

To be more precise...
U1001 on my mobo is TPS51225
U1001 on the schematic you posted is TPS51123

They are both for 3V & 5V alright, but they are not pin to pin compatible, which means that the schematic differs. Same goes for other components.

Is is possible that you might have the correct one?
