Issue is no light when plugged in, no activity at all. I would love some tutorial on troubleshooting this as I understand it's a common enough issue with these Hp laptops.

Please see ripped file from chip, this says about 2MB to that 8MB, please assist whenever possible, thanks.

not 2MB
try that 8MB file

Ok, will do. Kinda curious as to why this chip was in there to begin with? Should I be looking for a secondary bios? Please explain, is it that the new infrastructure only supports 64bit and these 32 bits need up graded?

only 8MB
