File Request Acer Model: N19H3 16MB Bios Files Request

Good day! Sir/Mam please see attached photo for BIOS file request due to laptop has no display and after checking the BIOS Chip and extracting the file on it the result has no buffer and no file even the size is 16MB it has no file inside and the BIOS Chip itself is faulty.
